Summary
After his routine trip and checkup at the doctor's office, Dil learns that he's lactose intolerant. Didi then proceeds to restrict certain foods from Dil and giving him alternatives in hopes to aid his intolerance and calm down his stomach issues. However, Dil does not want this change to happen leading to him stubbornly trying to eat all of his favorite things regardless which leads to trouble. In the meanwhile, after an off comment from Dil bottles, Tommy realizes that he can't remember the last time he used a bottle. Conflicted, Tommy wishes to remain a big boy but on the other hand wants to use his bottle again.
